You should have already received an email from NWRservices. In the email you will be given a link to BlueMoon Software containing your rental agreement. Please look over it and let me know if you have any questions. If everything looks good, please go ahead and initiate the e-signature. That’s it! Nice and easy!
A copy of the resident handbook is also available for you to look over. Feel free to print it out and bring the signed/initialed copy with you or the leasing team can have you sign a copy here in the office when you arrive at move-in.
Just a couple of move-in reminders:
- Be sure to send us a copy of your renters insurance declaration page or bring it with you at move in. You may use any company you choose, but to make it easy for you, we have partnered with www.eRenterPlan.com. You can set up an account in less than 5 minutes!
- Please contact Duke Power and schedule your service to begin on your lease start date. You can call 1-800-777-9898 or visit www.duke-energy.com/residential. Please email us the account number or bring it with you at move in.
- Don’t forget to bring a check for your prorated rent of _____. Moving can be hectic! You can easily pay online by visiting www.rentpayment.com. We recommend setting up a recurring rent payment so you never forget.
